  • How are the rental fees calculated?
    The original RRP and the age and condition of the item are considered when deciding on a rental fee. However, most ouf our items are based on 12-15% of their RRP, while Haute Couture items are priced at 15-17% of RRP as the number of times a Couture gown is rented is less.
  • Can I try the item on first before renting/buying?
    Currently, we do not offer home trials and delivery due to the demand and exclusivity of our stock. We however can advice you to try the product in our store during pick up.
  • Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
    Once a sale has been processed it may not be possible to amend your order. However please contact us as soon as possible on 0235629210 should you have a problem and we would be happy to accommodate your request where possible.
  • How many days can I keep an item? Can I rent an item for more than 14 days? Can I extend the rental period after renting?
    You can rent an item for 8 days at a time for the listed rental fee. If you wish to rent an item for a longer period, before or after the item has been rented, please contact us and our team and will confirm availability.
  • Can I cancel an order? What is the deadline for canceling an order?
    Yes, you can cancel an order right up until the point of pick up. Incase the item does not fit you well or does not meet your expectation you are eligible to cancel. Please contact our team to further assist you.
  • How do I claim a refund?
    Please contact our team on Live Chat or info@olvis-rental.com for any refund claims. Please allow up to 7 days from when the return is received to have your refund processed.
  • Can I keep or purchase an item that I am currently renting?
    Yes, we also provide an option to buy an item that has been rented. Please email us at info@olvis-rental.com and we will be happy to assist you further.
  • Do you have a wait list for renting a particular item?
    Unfortunately this is not a service we can currently guarantee. However, if you would like to email us on info@olvis-rental.com we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • How do I rent an item?
    In order to rent items on the Olvi's Rental you first need to register; just click on 'Join' on the top right hand side of the homepage. At this point we will take you through necessary security checks and you will be asked to create a profile with key account information. As soon as you have registered, you will be free to rent and buy any item of your choice!
  • Can I book a store appointment?
    Yes! We provide free store trial session which need to be booked in advance. you can click on our service page to book an appointment for tria; and fitting of the item you liked.
  • How long is the rental period?
    Our standard rental period is currently up to 8 days. If you would like to keep an item for longer, please contact our team before placing your order. For Haute couture items we offer one-day rental option as well for special events and occasions.
  • What happens if an item doesn't fit?
    We currently offer only store pickup and drop off. This allows you to try the item you are interested in inside the store to check the fitting. Once the product is picked up, it cannot be returned. The first 4 day rental price will then be considered. For more information please contact info@olvis-rental.com.
  • Can I rent multiple items at once?
    Absolutely! Think of Olvi's Rental as your own luxury closet in the cloud - a place where you can borrow any dress of your dream without stocking your own closet and have more options to wear on each occassion.
  • Do you charge late fees?
    Olvi's Rental is a trusted closed group community and we expect our customers to send items back within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately, if an item is returned late, a daily € 50 late fee will be charged until the replacement cost of the item has been reached.
  • Can I cancel an order? What is the deadline for canceling an order?
    Yes, you can cancel an order right up until the point of dispatch.
  • Why do you need to check my identity?
    We're building a trusted community for women to rent luxury items so security is of the utmost importance to ensure everyone has a safe shopping experience. We check the ID of everyone looking to rent from our platform and this can include verification of your name and address taken from your passport or driving license or any other identity card.
  • How often do you dry clean an item?
    All items are cleaned after every rental. Every item on the Olvi's Rental platform has been fully sanitised and poses no health risks to wearers. In addition to dry cleaning to remove stains, we also take care of minor fixes if needed to make the item look as good and new for the next renter.
  • Do I need to clean my rented item?
    No. You do not need to take care of the cleaning of the item rented, as we clean all our items oursleves after every rental. You just need to pay a little cleaning fee during pickup in our store.
  • Size & Fit
    Sizing information is listed with each item. If you have any questions, please contact our team who will be able to assist with any fitting questions. Our lace is very stretchy and can easily fit one size big or small.
